Interfor is seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our team as a HR Administrative Assistant in Perry , GA . Starting rate for this position is $21.33.
What You'll Do:
Administrative with greetingand direct visitors.
Update Company postings inViftele message boards.
Operational Reporting / Data Entry by entering Daily QC reports and Ad Hoc account/operations reporting
Coordinate monthly Business Review report with leadership team
Assist all employees with HR, benefit and payroll related queries or requests and act as liaison with various internal and external resources as needed.
Assist in producing various HR reports, spread sheets, etc.
Maintain employee database and personnel files and ensure proper procedures are in place for safeguarding of confidential information.
Responsible for filing, printing, copying, recordkeeping, preparing for training sessions, and other duties associated with meeting preparations.
Assist with recruiting functions, such as, screening resumes, setting up interviews or hiring events, reference checks.
Answer phones and accurately direct caller inquiries.
Assist as a HR point of contact for employees.
Other duties as required.
