The Senior Parts Operations Consultant - Rebuilds leads research and provides expertise in the development and implementation of parts operations strategies in the Rebuild space.
Responsibilities
Parts Operations related to rebuilds supporting dealers to manage on time in line (OTIL), committed planned rebuild orders (CPRO) and future dated orders (FDOs), etc.
Support CIRCA Workshop Execution globally
Conducting governance on Rebuild Parts Operations with key dealers.
Establishing metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing parts operation strategies for CI Rebuilds ; suggesting necessary interventions for improvement.
Maintaining effective internal communications in the marketing department to discuss and align the marketing strategy to the changing organizational scenarios.

What Top Candidates Will Bring:
Experience in Parts Operations: A solid background in managing parts operations, particularly within the rebuild sector, to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Expertise in Repair or Rebuild Operations: Proven experience in repair or rebuild processes, contributing to enhanced operational strategies and customer satisfaction.
Engagement with Dealer Aftermarket Interactions: Strong ability to collaborate with dealers in aftermarket settings, fostering relationships that enhance service delivery.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize parts operations strategies.

Preferred Location: Peoria, IL
Additional locations: Cary, NC; Dallas, TX
Caterpillar operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week of onsite, in office work.
Travel: 30 %- 40 %
