Department of the Navy/Assistant for Administration PROGRAM ANALYST in Pentagon, Virginia
Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Department of the Navy Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASN (M&RA)), Office of Force Resiliency (OFR). Responsibilities You will lead the creation, organization, execution and completion of specific programs and projects and identify program objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets. You will be responsible for program and project planning using analyses that guides developing, coordinating and/or implementing activities and practices. You will analyze efforts that lead to developing partnerships that enhance the mission, providing resources to leaders, identifying new prevention initiatives, and overseeing program evaluation. You will lead program evaluation efforts to analyze outcomes and impact for key strategic efforts across the enterprise and develop processes, and systems for measuring the reach and impact of program initiatives. You will provide oversight and coordination of partnership efforts as well as personal interaction with new and existing partners. You will manage external partners working and will establish and monitor program plans, milestones, and deliverables and provide performance feedback. You will provide insight on sexual assault, sexual harassment and suicide through the development of new and innovative prevention and response efforts focused on policy, training, leader development, and education. You will develop responses to inquiries from the Executive Office of the President, members of Congress, and others for data and information pertaining to the program. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: implementing mental or behavioral health and/or violence prevention and response programs and initiatives; increasing effectiveness of various managed programs; AND translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
