Job Title: Pharmacist

Job Description

Prescription Review/Data quality reviews - checking prescriptions going in and out of the Pharmacy. Verifying all the data and all of the clinical, quality, and drug utilization review are correct. Ensuring the appropriate medication, dose, strength, directions, quantity, safety, and patient information are correct. Check incoming and outgoing prescriptions. The role involves standing for 8 hours a shift and moving around. Responsibilities also include handling inbound/outbound calls from doctor's offices or provider offices with questions about prescriptions, making outbound calls to pharmacies or members, and providing patient/family education on medication over the phone.

Mail order pharmacy, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-Noon
