The People Insights Analyst is responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions that deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics.
This position is part of HR Operations and will be Remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Deliver reporting, analyses and dashboards that meet the needs of People Insights Business Partners and their business leaders/teams
Provide end-to-end program management for analytic and reporting initiatives – identifying requirements through delivery
Leverage analytical methodologies, relevant internal and external (benchmarking) data sources, modeling and programming languages to report on, simulate, explain and predict outcomes and insights
Adhere to and drive compliance, privacy, confidentiality and security standards
The essential requirements of the job include:
Strong technical skills:
Experience with visualization tools (e.g. One Model, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
Data modeling with SQL and Excel
Statistical analysis, modeling and general familiarity with data languages and statistical tools (Python, R)
Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience in data management and reporting, preferably focused on people analytics
Would be a "plus" if you have:
HR functional expertise
Workday experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Travel: 20%

The salary range for this role is $85 ,000 - $115,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
