THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Liquor Store Clerk 1 (Sales Associate), you will be responsible for engaging in customer service, operating a computerized cash register to complete sales, unloading shipments, stocking shelves, assembling displays, and cleaning the store. Care must be exercised to avoid selling merchandise to persons who are prohibited by law from purchasing alcoholic beverages. Work also includes receiving wholesale customer orders, assembling and packing cases per customer order, and loading customer orders into vehicles.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 75 hrs. biweekly.
Work hours will vary between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Sunday - Saturday.
Salary: The starting salary for this position for new Commonwealth employees is fixed at the minimum salary listed above and is not negotiable.
