Role Overview

Ankura’s People Office is looking for someone to join us as a Talent Development Associate to support our role in enabling our colleagues to achieve their potential. This role will coordinate and support a wide range of talent management and learning programs including but not limited to leading the global onboarding program, supporting the global performance management program, supporting on-demand learning solutions, managing course enrollments, developing course materials, support virtual learning programs and measuring the impact of learning programs.

This is a remote based position. We prefer the incumbent is based in Pittsburgh, Chicago, Washington, D.C., or Nashville so there is proximity to other members of the team when occasional in-person meetings are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all elements of the global onboarding program, ensuring new joiners have a worldclass experience.

  • Ensure on-boarding content is high quality, relevant and current.

  • Manage global coordination across teams, ensuring onboarding processes are smooth and cross-communication is strong.

  • Develop high quality support tools and job aids to support talent management processes.

  • Actively all market course offerings and programs using a variety of internal communication methods.

  • Manage core curriculum courses. Ensure excellent communication of course objectives, ensure full enrollment and manage enrollments in Ankura’s Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Manage meeting invitations, communication and coordination to ensure flawless execution of learning programs.

  • Track, analyze and publish colleague feedback on various courses and recommend actions to continuously improve our course offerings.

  • Develop and manage content and site design for SharePoint sites.

  • Other responsibilities and contributions across the People Office as required.

    Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a human resources, talent management or learning and development role.

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or comparable work experience.

  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to produce high-quality deliverables.

  • Strong program and project management, organization, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to concurrently handle multiple responsibilities and activities and drive them to completion.

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across career levels.

  • Working knowledge of course development software tools and experience with at least one Learning Management System (Workday preferred).

  • Experience in creating website pages in SharePoint is desired, but not required.
