United States Steel Administrative Assistant I in Pennsylvania

U. S. Steel is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of department operations.
Type letters, forms, correspondence, reports, presentations, etc., duplicates and distributes as directed
Serves as departmental safety contact
Schedules employees for training as required
Receive and distribute incoming mail
Maintains stationery and office supplies
Coordinate, organize, schedule, and maintain daily business activities/appointment for the department
Coordinate requests for new hires for telephones, hardware/software, internet, times, etc.
Plan and coordinate meetings
Take minutes in various meetings, when necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 5 years office experience required
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint Some analytical background required
Level and compensation based on experience
