Field Service Lead

Job Description

We are looking to immediately hire an experienced Millwright/Field Service Lead/Manager/Supervisor. This urgent role has opened due to an internal departure and the high volume of work. Our company custom fabricates a wide variety of products, from railings and duct work to catwalks/crossovers and stainless steel countertops and sinks. Diversity in our projects is key to our success, and we need someone who can handle a variety of tasks that change daily. This role requires traveling throughout NJ to service a range of clients, including manufacturing, food processing, hospitals, and institutions.

Skills

• 5 years minimum experience in industrial and/or institutional mechanical maintenance

• Strong tool experience (wrenches, drills, core drill)

• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and technical specifications

• Field welding, pipe fitting, and setting & aligning of equipment

• Rigging experience (a plus)

• Sanitary welding or orbital welding (TIG, MIG, STICK)

• Duct work and ventilation systems experience (a plus)

• Fencing experience (chain link, ornamental)

• Mainly working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Work Environment

1st Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime is required based on client needs, and candidates need to be open to it.
