AZ Pay Rate: $22.12/HR

NJ Pay rate: $ 29.86/HR

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p

This Operations Analyst will be a part of the reconciliation team and be responsible for reconciling and balancing CCP/Exchange activity to internal books and records.

Responsibilities:

• Complete client onboarding activities for performance platforms

• Review and validate performance data and returns on performance platforms

• The Operations Analyst role supports the Performance Operations organization.

• The Information Management Analyst is responsible for assisting with client onboarding into the various performance platforms, reviewing performance data and returns within the performance platform, and providing support to the Branch Office network across client.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience requirements:

• Previous experience supporting an operational function at a financial institution

• Knowledge of investment products and vehicles

• Previous customer service experience

• Intermediate proficiency in excel required

• Relevant coursework in finance a plus

• Previous experience working for a broker dealer or supporting a financial advisory team

Pay Details: $22.12 to $29.86 per hour
