Description We are in search of a Commercial Litigation Attorney/Lawyer to join our team within the industry. The position is based in Pennington, New Jersey, 08534, United States and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Commercial Litigation Attorney/Lawyer, your role will encompass managing complex commercial litigation cases, overseeing claim administration, and handling corporate legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee various complex commercial litigation cases

• Utilize Case Management Software and Document Management systems to maintain and organize case files

• Prepare and present briefings on ongoing litigation cases

• Handle claim administration and complaint handling in accordance with industry standards

• Provide legal advice on corporate law matters

• Use Adobe Acrobat and 3M for document preparation and presentation

• Practice Consumer Electronics law and Conveyancer processes as needed

• Uphold and enforce corporate legal standards within the organization. Requirements

• NJ bar required

• Experience in Complex Commercial Litigation is necessary

• Proficiency in Corporate Law is required

• Must have experience in Corporate Legal matters
