Your Journey

  • Welcome guests to the hotel and ensure a pleasant arrival and departure

  • Coordinate with Valet Parking vendor in handling guest’s valet parking

  • Maintain hotel front drive

  • Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice

  • Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding outlet hours, other hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.

  • Assist with full-cycle guest luggage program and shoeshines

  • Facilitate hotel room orientations, deliver amenities, packages and other items to guest rooms as needed

  • Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments

  • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

  • You are trustworthy and have integrity

Must Haves

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

  • Basic communication skills

  • Hotel experience, a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for an extended period of time

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift

  • Ability to push and pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfil cleaning tasks

  • Requires listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
