Accounting - Responsible for PI China (5 sites – Beijing, Xiamen, Chengdu, Qingdao, Foshan) and PI Taiwan

Full sets of accounts (China 5 sites and Taiwan)

Fixed assets, entering journals, bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation & intercompany reconciliation.

Accounts Payable (processing invoices and payments).

Reviewing employee expense claims.

Review and report on the monthly for PI China and PI Taiwan

Internal audit and External Audit.

Assist in Financial Planning & Analysis/forecasting

Liaising with third party advisors/bookkeepers on statutory requirements.

Tax: China 5 sites and Taiwan only –

working with tax advisors, responsible for all tax compliance, including, but not limited to, annual/quarter/month tax filings, VAT, Corporate Income tax, stamp duty, etc.

Company Secretarial & other matter China 5 sites and Taiwan only

Update with bank (HSBC) and tax authority when items on corporate Registration Certificate change, such as office address change, Chief Representative change, etc.

Monthly inward funding declaration with local authority.

Any other filings as needed by China or Taiwan authorities.

Accounting (other countries) – To assist as and when needed by Finance Manager or Director.

To assist Internal Auditor team in audit at sub-con sites and/or distributor sites.

Any other duties may be assigned by Finance Manager or Director.
