Job Description: Accountant

• Manage world-wide inventory standard costing system.

• Standard cost variances and allocating these variances to the proper periods.

• Managed standard cost update in a major ERP system (Oracle or SAP)

• Inventory E&O provisions and distributor inventory reconciliation

• Audits – assist in inventory and distributors audits. Some (minimal) travelling needed

• Manage revenue and related areas such as AR, customer credit, cash application, collection, dispute resolution, etc.

• POS review, upload and validation including distributor’s Ship & Debit claims

• Accruals for various items such as samples, adders, wafer receipts, etc.

• Return Material Authorization (RMA) accruals and review

• Rebate review, accrual, authorization and payment

• Discrepant Material Requisition (DMR) validation and review process.

• Liaise with auditors on specific item related to duties specified

• New system and projects implementation

• Any other duties as may be assigned by Finance Manager or Director.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum of 8 years' working experience; experience from Big 4 Accounting firms is a plus.
