The Millennium Group Copy Service Manager in PECK SLIP, New York

23.50 per hour $23.50/hr | PECK SLIP, NY, USA | Hourly | Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that safety and security procedures are followed at all times.

  • Oversee monthly reporting.

  • Ensure all employee training (new hire, monthly, cross training, site required) is performed and at standard.

  • Maintain records and files.

  • Ensure all equipment is in proper working order.

  • Work to ensure compliance with existing systems and controls.

  • Responds to client issues and ensures appropriate escalation processes are followed by communicating critical issues to Operations Manager without delay.

  • Must be able to perform the work of those whom they oversee.

  • Go off site to repairs copiers within the five boroughs.

  • Ability to deal with difficult or irate customer periodically.

  • Prepare, maintain, review and update site Operations Manual.

  • Interface with the client contact.

  • Handle all materials received in the Copy Center [receive, review, receipt, document, process, prepare, identify, separate, deliver, transport, etc.].

  • Physically distribute copy request by cart, dolly or hand truck to and from various departments throughout the building.

  • Deliver copy paper as needed.

  • Inspect deliveries for suspicious or threatening items.

  • Ability to sort items into categories according to established methods.

  • Enter activity data in logs, maintain records.

  • Answer phone in a professional manner

  • Other duties as assigned by clients and/or Operations Manager.
