This is a position for a (Consumer Quality Control Specialist) located in Pearl.
Summary: The purpose of this job is to review the more complex CDP prepared consumer loan, including all real estate, security, and compliance documents and related correspondence for completeness and accuracy in accordance with the application and to insure compliance with state and federal laws and Trustmark policies and procedures. This job requires the ability to proficiently review loans for one or more market areas and communicate necessary changes to Consumer Document Preparation Specialists.
Duties and Responsibilities: Review and interpret loan applications and related data to determine collateral classifications and to ensure appropriate documents are prepared to perfect lien Review (prior to closing) the more complex CDP prepared consumer loan, including all real estate, security, and compliance documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to perfection, and compliance guidelines of applicable state and federal laws and bank policy and procedures Input data into TMK Partners to generate loan number and facilitate the booking of HPML and escrow loans to the Fiserve system. Deliver prepared loan documents to Lenders and/or attorneys for closing via internal email and/or utilizing SecureMail procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Specifications or Qualifications
: Equivalent job related experience. Experience reviewing, and knowledge of, all types of consumer collateral, including real estate, security, and lien perfection requirements (2 yrs). Experience working with, and knowledge of, loan compliance regulations.
