Our Electrical Products business unit is looking for a competent BIM and technology expert with proven record, who will shape and drive our digital transformation strategy. We expect to see candidates who can impress us with their knowledge about workflows, standards and experience in the planning, engineering, and commissioning phase of MEP related construction processes. Strong experience in strategy and project management is an asset.

You will make impact with the following responsibilities:

The candidate will serve as a Digitalization Product Manager for Systems portfolio. The candidate will have the following responsibilities.

  • Work in cross functional teams to overcome silo thinking leveraging internal and/or external networks and ecosystems.

  • Has a solid background with early customer validation in rapid learn-build-test cycles with focus on achieving customer value.

  • Execute trend scouting, searches, and evaluates “white space innovation ideas” regarding BIM and MEP system design processes.

  • Create, analyze, and coordinate requirements from internal and external stakeholders to fully exploit the potential of BIM plug-in.

  • Collaborates with sales, R&D, Product Management, and customers with focus on customer experience / journey and the development of sales channel approaches.

  • Maintain technical expertise on all new BIM products, tools, and systems.

  • Think and act in ecosystems.

  • Integrate processes and results from MEP design and construction with internal order execution to develop and accountably propose cohesive solutions and digitalization process improvements.

  • Expertly apply agile development methodology.

  • Plan own work according to targets agreed, within a quarterly up to an annual cycle, by integrating resources in a project driven environment. They provide functional advice and guidance to colleagues and customers.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline.

  • 5 plus years of make to order (MTO) manufacturing industry experience as a business or systems analyst role with a proven record of accomplishment of delivery.

  • Deep professional expertise and experience in MEP design, construction, and MTO order execution.

  • Transfers and applies expertise to / in various contexts. Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.

  • Improves existing processes and approaches.

  • Experience with analysis, development, testing, and implementation of software enhancements.

  • Experience to interpret and functionally influence digital strategy and develop processes and systems to deliver cohesive BIM solution for SI EP Systems portfolio.

  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional understanding of Lead to Cash business process in a MTO/ETO business.

  • Experience in developing business process and requirements for integrating CPQ with boundary systems such as CRM, CLM and ERP

  • Experience with SAFe methodology.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

  • The pay range for this position is $97,500 - $167,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
