About the role

  • Our Human Resources team, composed of 8 people, is integrated into the HR Connect department and focuses on supporting the employees in collaboration with the business.

  • As a Site HR Partner , you will deliver consistency and compliance through intimate connections to Solvay’s people, businesses, and functions at a local level. You will be a Human Resource generalist assigned to one or more sites by geography and based on the number of employees and relative complexity of the site.

  • You will be accountable for:

  • Support employees in Moments that Matter - both professional (career & development) and personal.

  • Manage Labor Relations, employee relations and social climate in own perimeter

  • Partner with Site Leadership and Managers to advise on people topics (talent, organization, performance, development) and initiatives

  • Direct communication channel to Strategic Business Partners

  • Support the Global Team in some project work on an as-needed basis

  • Support in general activities related to Compensation & Benefits, making the connection between global policies and local needs

  • We offer a fixed-term (12 months - maternity leave replacement) contract based on a hybrid working mode.

  • You will work 3 days a week at the Paulinia Site, one day a week at the S. Paulo office and one day from home.

About you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related business field

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in an HR-related role

  • Competencies:

  • Experience in the administration of HR policies (performance management, compensation, benefits, labor relations, etc)

  • Knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements

  • Advanced English

  • Behaviors:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Close to employees, managers, and leaders

  • Collaboration with other HR pillars as part of a networked HR ecosystem

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Brazil base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 108.000,00 to R$135.000,00 (with Periculosidade included), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
