Baker-Shindler Company Ready Mix Concrete Batchman in Paulding, Ohio
This person is responsible for overseeing plant operations. This includes, but is not limited to, dispatching mix trucks, safety, maintenance, inventory control and supervision of plant employees. Experience driving a loader is preferred. Having a Class A or B CDL is preferred, but not necessary. Pay rate is based on experience.
Qualifications: 1 year or more experience with concrete, dispatching and batching. Concrete Testing certification preferred.
Must be able to work overtime and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. Need to have an understanding of batching and dispatching software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 -- 55 per week
