Do you have at least three years of maintenance experience and are ready for a fresh start? Staffmark is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to work for our client in Paulding, OH. If you are detail-oriented and have excellent troubleshooting skills, this direct-hire position could be what you are looking for! Pay: $28-$39 per hour (Based on skills/experience-negotiable!) Choose the shift that works best for you! Day Shift Hours: 6:45 AM - 7 PM, 2-2-3 rotating schedule Night Shift Hours: 6:45 PM - 7 AM, 2-2-3 rotating schedule The Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance on equipment within the facility, and solve problems in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, gravity, and plumbing. Additional responsibilities will include analyzing maintenance manuals/procedures/measurement devices/blueprints, general housekeeping, hoist/crane operation, training new hires, and communicating effectively with associated personnel in all phases of the operation and processes, both written and oral.
