(6) Laborer: Temporary, Full Time. Variable start times from 12 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 12 AM, 12-hour shifts 4 days on/3 days off one week then 3 days on/4 days off rotating weeks (36 48 hrs/week) at \$17.96/hr. Additional hours/days may be available based upon company needs. All work over 40 hours/week will be paid at overtime rate of \$26.94/hr. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. The employer will make all deductions from worker\'s paycheck required by law. Wages will be paid bi-weekly. Employment period October 1, 2024 to April 10, 2025. Area of intended employment is 45 South 500 West, Paul, ID 83347.

Optional furnished housing, utilities, and if available shuttle/van transportation from housing location to dispatch location, offered on a limited first-come first-served basis at a cost of \$20.00 per day, which will be deducted from bi-weekly paycheck.

Use hand signals to guide trucks to the truck unloading facility or flume, electronically open truck gates to unload sugar beets from main and pup trailers, and signal driver when trailers are empty to allow the truck to leave the flume. Some light physical labor such as cleaning sugar beets off the unloading facility. No experience required. OJT as needed.

If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will pay for worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker\'s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.

Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
