Job Description. We are currently seeking a Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior to support our Patuxent River, MD customer in PMA-281. The Program Management Analyst will support the TMPC IPT Lead.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Essential duties:

  • Evaluate technical directives for applicability to the program. Recommend, review, and evaluate program documentation for technical accuracy.

  • Interface with Stakeholders both inside the government as well as our OEM’s

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams within the TMPC Enterprise to address technical and programmatic efforts.

  • Provide analysis and technical advice to the program office on matters relating to the program.

  • Provide technical recommendations for strategies and technical solutions.

  • Produce summary reports, meeting minutes, and briefing slides as necessary to document important recommendations, courses of action, and decisions.

  • Perform technical and or engineering planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. Investigate engineering problems/failures. Conduct investigative system analysis of the impact of performance changes to the overall weapon systems relative to performance, cost, equipment, and facilities. Provide technical recommendations, including quality assurance.

  • Perform evaluations of reported deficiencies, requirements implementation, proposed engineering changes, and cost and risk trade-offs. Make recommendations for resolution of problem areas identified.

  • Provide systems engineering expertise in the development, coordination and scheduling of contractor systems engineering strategies in support of System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR).

  • Provide systems engineering and programmatic analysis within the context of Agile and Agile SAFe software processes and workflow for TMPC

  • Coordinate and perform risk, issue, and opportunity analysis and management.

  • Provide technical review and input for system views as captured in program MBSE tools.

  • Analyze and review planning information for Modeling and Simulation efforts and Validation/Verification initiatives.

  • Conduct performance tracking, studies and provide reports pertaining to evaluation and analysis of system performance of deployed systems.

  • Conduct program and software metrics analysis, and coordinate with supplier activities as required to collect the source data.

  • Identify platform and kill-chain/network integration requirements and CONOPS.

    Required Education: Senior - MA/MS Degree

    Required Experience: A Senior level person within a labor category has over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree. A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

    Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order (unless otherwise specified under the labor category information below):

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Masters’s Degree.

    Security Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • Minimum Secret clearance required OR must be eligible to apply and be granted interim DoD interim clearance prior to employment.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
