Job Title: Quality Control Manager/SSHO

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager/SSHO to manage and oversee construction projects at either Pax River Naval Base or Indian Head Naval Base. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project, review the scope of work, and ensure quality standards are upheld. This role requires active participation in meetings to report on the progress of work.

Hard Skills

• Army Core QCM certification

• OSHA30

• Familiarity with ECMS (Navy Software)

• Procore software experience

• EM385-1-1 knowledge (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Ability to oversee and manage projects

• Strong communication skills

• Quality control proficiency

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Patuxent River, Maryland.

Work Environment

This role is fully on-site at either Pax River Naval Station or Indian Head Naval Air Station. The position has opened up as part of a joint venture on several MACC programs procured by NAVFAC.
