Precise Systems, Inc. Remote-Learning Management System Developer/Administrator in Patrick Space Force Base, Florida

We are seeking a Remote Learning Management System Developer/Administrator to support our customer onsite at Patrick Space Force Base, Satellite Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
Duties:
Writes program code for projects.
Develops interactive courseware from script storyboards using various authoring systems.
Capable of performing interim and final testing of developed programs.
Candidates should understand various LMS platforms and how they can be utilized for effective training and education.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
May lead and direct the work of others.
Required Education:
Master's Degree
Required Experience:
Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including system configuration, course deployments, user setup, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Provide technical support to instructors and learners, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Work closely with course creators to upload, test, and optimize courses in the LMS.
Generate and provide reports on user progress, course usage, and other relevant data.
Ensure the LMS operates effectively and seamlessly and meets the needs of the organization.
Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and training skills.
Key Expertise:
LMS and authoring tool support, development, and management (Canvas, CourseMill, Moodle, Blackboard, Captivate, Lectora, and Articulate).
Knowledge of the Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) Learning Management System (LMS).
Desired Experience:
ADA 508 knowledge and courseware authoring experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
