Job Overview
Responsible for intake screening to determine eligibility for program. Accurately enters all data into WOW computer program. Print and distribute WIC food instruments. Does anthropometric and hematological screenings. Answer telephones, schedule appointments and respond to all applicants queries. Responsible for organizing supplies and equipment for all sites. Prepares and follows up for all sites. Maintains appointment schedules. Maintains all records and documentation as required by State and Federal WIC Regulations.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Less than one year of previous work related experience
Blood work training required and provided by WIC
Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
Valid driver’s license with no pending violations and an acceptable driving record required
