Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Pataskala, Ohio. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks including Accounts Payable and Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Month End Close. Your role will also involve working with various accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Perform regular bank reconciliations

• Maintain and update General Ledger accounts

• Prepare and post Journal Entries

• Ensure smooth Month End Close procedures

• Utilize Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and NetSuite for various accounting tasks

• Execute data entry tasks efficiently

• Manage expense reports

• Implement and work with a software called Lemontree Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures

• Demonstrated ability in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations

• Knowledge of General Ledger management

• Ability to prepare and manage Journal Entries

• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting functions

• Experience with Oracle for financial management

• Demonstrated skill in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks

• Familiarity with SAP for financial and accounting management
