Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in PATASKALA, Ohio. The role involves working within the finance department, focusing primarily on the processing of invoices and vendor account creation.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently processing a high volume of invoices daily

• Assisting in the creation and setup of vendor accounts

• Ensuring the confidentiality and verification of bank information

• Utilizing Netsuite software for various financial tasks

• Applying knowledge of Account Coding and Accounting Software Systems

• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and Concur systems

• Working within an ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning framework

• Performing various Accounting Functions as required

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accrual Accounting

• Conducting Auditing and Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding

• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Concur

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Understanding of Accrual Accounting

• Experience in Auditing

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes
