Join a team of specialists

In our Global IS User Experience Center, you will join our technical team. We aim to establisha connected, modernised and automated IT client and application experience that predicts and auto-adapts user behaviors across multiple devices.It is our responsibility that our front-end devices such as PC’s, phones, printers and other hardware support remote working so our colleagues have the best conditions for working wherever and whenever it makes sense to them.

You will join a team of highly skilled colleagues who are all experts in their own fields – so guidance is near any time you need professional back-and-forth. We enjoy working together, and the atmosphere is both professional and informal at the same time.

What is the Job all about?

As our new System Engineer Analyst, you will focus on troubleshooting, resolving, and dispatching of 2nd and 3rd level support cases for Windows OS (7/10/11 etc.) and supported applications and solutions.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinating, dispatching and problem-solving of 2nd and 3rd level cases.

• Responsible for reporting and performance monitoring tools

• Responsible for configuration and managing baselining tools

• Responsible for Microsoft Intune Endpoint Analytics and Desktop Analytics

• Root cause analysis and follow-up on issues found on Windows 7/10/11 Platform

Your background:

We imagine that you have the following background or skills:

• 2-3 years of experience from similar work experience obtained in a larger IT enterprise environment is beneficial.

• Experience, knowledge, and technical skills related to large IT solutions with focus on Windows 7/10/11, Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, Acronis, AVD, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory

• Skilled in reporting, root cause analysis

• Skilled in PowerShell scripting

• Familiar with Azure and other cloud solutions

• Interested in testing new technologies

• Can work efficiently during demanding times and can meet a deadline

• Experience working in an Agile set up

The System Engineer Analyst needs to possess the following capabilities to handle the responsibilities:

• Thorough, broad and technical foundation with insight in IT in general

• Able to troubleshoot technical issues with a structured and systematic approach and with minimal assistance

Your Skills:

• Shows action and understanding of the value in collaborating on creating the best solution with set requirements

• Works in a structured manner to ensure quality

• Technical, inquisitive, with good problem solving skills

• Establishes open and constructive dialogues when problem solving

• Good interpersonal skills

• Motivated, diligent contributor capable of specifying and scripting with minor supervision

• Receptive to learning

• Functions well in a team and networks with global colleagues to complete tasks
