Work as a Finance Manager, Order to Cash, Back Office

The Finance OtC Back Office Manager is a key member of the Finance OtC leadership team and a key stakeholder of external auditors and internal controls. The role has the purpose to oversee the cash application and credit teams and ensuring working capital performance whilst building effective relationships with the auditors (both internal and external).

Your responsibilities will be as follow:

  • To ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Cash Application and Credit Analysis teams, processes and their continuous optimization in coordination with the Cash Allocation Supervisors/Scrum Masters and specialists

  • To ensure the provision of Credit Analysis services for the countries serviced by the respective team according to the defined SLAs/OLAs: review and evaluate non-standard cases in credit analysis processes and conduct risk analysis

  • Assign workload, redistribute, and change roles to support the Finance OtC team structure

  • Make recommendations to the management team as appropriate for non-standard situations or situations in which request exceeds authority to approve credit limits

  • To maintain the interfaces between the GSS, local companies and external parties (auditors, tax authorities, etc.) regarding all questions concerning the activities in scope

  • To ensure accuracy, quality and integrity of the processes in the scope of the Finance OtC department

  • To ensure the completion of all Internal Control activities on the Cash Allocation & Credit area

  • To deliver the defined KPI reports on time for all related Cash Allocation & Credit activities

  • Ensure that all process documentation is frequently reviewed and updated

  • To support all other Cash Allocation & Credit Analysis related tasks requested by Finance Director
