Support Services Group Collections Specialist | International Account in Pasig City, Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing and account inquiries, guiding customers through collections with expertise.

  • Handle escalated and unhappy situations professionally and empathetically.

  • Prepare adjustment vouchers, collect payment information, and assist with online transactions for a seamless experience.

  • Conduct collections, review payment history, and collect balances owed.

  • Educate customers on self-service options and communication channels (chat, email, SMS).

  • Use various systems to update customer billing records accurately.

  • Negotiate payment plans, settlements, or service restorations.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing stress and following directions.

  • Communicate effectively in English, fostering positive customer interactions.

  • Support and promote company products to contribute to overall success.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred, but not required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior collection and call center experience preferred, showcasing your ability to excel in customer-facing roles.

  • Proficiency in typing and keyboard skills is required, ensuring efficient communication and transaction handling.

  • Must be flexible to work on different shifts, including days and nights, with willingness to work overtime and respond to emergency callouts.

  • Computer literacy in Windows-based applications and web apps is essential for success in this role.
