Assistant Global Compliance Specialist (Payroll)

Hybrid Work Arrangement - Ortigas, Pasig City

Are you interested to join Grundfos as an Assistant Global Compliance Specialist? In this role, y ou will support and oversee the global payroll compliance control processes in cooperation with the local payroll supporters and the compensation & benefit regional managers to fulfill requirements set by the Grundfos internal audit committee and the external audit company.

What is the Job all about?

You will ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly compliance reports. In case of delays or lack of deliveries, you will follow up with the local payroll partners. Furthermore, you will ensure that payroll related compliance expectations set by the Grundfos internal audit committee and the external audit company are being followed globally.

Your role will be part of the Payroll Operations Center department and will report directly to the HR Manager – Payroll Operations Center. The role will be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Your main responsibilities:

  • HR Master Data Audit: Perform monthly reconciliation of HR master data versus Payroll System data

  • Salary Development: Support global data collection exercise related to salary, and other wage types performed by the Local Payroll Supporters; Execute variance analysis exercise

  • Global Payroll Checklist: Support global data collection exercise related to payroll cycle approvals and payroll checklists performed by the Local Payroll Supporters

  • Delta Report: Support and oversee the automated process of global Master Data extractions regarding changes in the internal HR Master Data system

  • Bank Account Validation: Perform monthly bank account validation of HR master data and check for duplicate accounts

  • Audit Support: Support global compliance specialist in collating audit required documents.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree from the field of Human Resources or Finance preferred

  • 5+ years of experience within payroll & benefits in a multi country set-up

  • Experience with payroll processing and payroll output validation

  • Experience with compliance and audit control processes

  • With a mindset of process efficiency

  • Work experience from a global company

  • Fluent in spoken and written English language
