Project Manager Construction

Job Description:

Join our growing Construction team as a Project Manager! We’re looking for a collaborative leader who can develop strategies and objectives for diverse projects in the Columbia Basin area. In this role, you’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management from design through construction, contributing to strategic development for each phase.

• Create and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.

• Prepare change orders for clients and subcontractors.

• Handle project financials, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on project financial performance.

• Develop and implement comprehensive construction plans, proactively addressing potential issues.

• Coordinate work with trades, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to project team members.

• Develop staffing plans, including labor and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience in project management.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools.
