This is a Job Description for a Test & Trials Lead A in Pascagoula, Mississippi
Summary: Assists with the coordination and implementation of all OEM and Bollinger Preventative Maintenance Procedures, up to and including sea trials, in compliance with requirements.
Reports directly to the Preventative Maintenance Foreman or department Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Must possess strong Electro/mechanical aptitude. Assist with development of Preventative Maintenance procedures when required, Responsible for proper care and use of all specialized tooling, instrumentation, and equipment. Conducts and completes all required procedures. Ability to work in small teams and autonomously when required.
Patience to train in new tech's when required.
Requirements

: Considerable knowledge of shipbuilding processes and industry standards and regulations.
Good knowledge of testing equipment and measuring devices and the ability to instruct inspectors on their proper operation.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications and develop sound, thorough inspection programs.
Ability to interface effectively with customers, management, and employees in all areas within the division.
