Aerotek Production Supervisor in Pasadena, Texas

We are seeking experienced Production Supervisors to manage assembly line operations in our expanding US operation. You will oversee five lines, each with five employees, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality finished products. You will be responsible for training new assemblers, managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinating material supply, and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for efficiency and safety.

Work Environment

You will be working in an open-air environment on a day shift with a $1.50 shift differential. The initial contract is for 8 months, ending in July, with a high likelihood of extension based on upcoming project wins and the potential for consistent work as we build out our operations.
