The Accounts Payable Specialist is a key financial role responsible for managing and executing the company's accounts payable functions with precision and efficiency. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure the accurate processing, coding, and payment of invoices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent vendor and employee relations. Those without a Bachelors degree will not be considered.

salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

Maintain accurate financial records.

Enhance vendor relationships.

Regularly monitor and report accounts payable metrics.

Maintain compliance with company accounts payable procedures.

Provide excellent employee support.

Safeguard banking data and confidentiality.

Efficiently manage accounts payable adjustments and discrepancies.

Continuous improvement and process optimization.
