We have immediate opportunity for a Dermatology NP or PA to join our specialty team in Pasadena, CA.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Five or four days per week

  • Join a collegial, growing group where the focus is on medical dermatology

  • Role includes initial consults, follow up appointments, diagnosing and treating various skin conditions

  • Perform in office procedures including biopsy, cryotherapy, excisions, electrodessication / curettage and other dermatological and light cosmetic procedures

  • Average three patients per hour including in office procedures with flexibility to schedule longer visits for complex procedures

  • Built in primary care referral network

Required Qualifications:

  • APRN or PA-C licensure in CA, or ability to obtain prior to employment

  • National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP or Physician Assistant certification through NCCPA or ability to obtain prior to employment

  • DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment

  • 2+ years of dermatology experience as an NP or PA

California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
