Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in the sustainable energy industry, based in Pasadena, California. In this role, you will be pivotal in promoting and managing an electric vehicle (EV) Car Rebate Program, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting sustainable energy solutions. Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers to promote the EV Car Rebate Program

• Provide comprehensive information and answer inquiries regarding the program's eligibility, application procedures, and benefits

• Proactively reach out to customers to inform them about the EV Car Rebate Program

• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed responses

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status

• Conduct follow-up communications to assist customers throughout the rebate application process

• Ensure the efficient processing of customer applications and maintain accurate customer records

• Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers

• Contribute to the successful implementation of the program's initiatives.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or customer service position

• Proficiency in Spanish language, both verbal and written

• Experience in Spanish translation, able to effectively communicate and translate documents

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with customers

• Proven track record of handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and effectively

• Knowledge of customer service software, databases and CRM tools

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• High school degree; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

• Familiarity with industry’s latest trends

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong technical skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience in managing customer service team is a plus

• Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests

• Capacity to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers.
