Med Tech Trainer (per diem) - Temporary
This per diem Med Tech Trainer role is aligned with IQVIA’s Centralize Outsourcing Operations Hub (COOH) team. In this project-based, per diem Trainer role, you will be responsible for the delivery of learning programs for Med Tech-based roles healthcare providers and hospital personnel in field-based settings. With limited guidance, this role will provide expertise to support training initiatives. This role will provide expertise to support training initiatives and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to ensure training delivery to drive results.
This position is to cover a short term leave for 12-14 weeks.
Responsibilities
Responsible for successful onboarding of Med Tech personnel, as well as, the delivery of engagement skills training supporting both healthcare providers and hospital personnel for per diem assignments (project-based)
Function as a subject matter expert and deliver on all aspects of training programs leveraging adult leaning principles in a compliant manner
Consults and collaborates with client commercial, medical, and regulatory leadership, as well as IQVIA program leadership, to identify training needs/gaps and design and deliver training that enhances team effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University required or equivalent experience
At least 2-years’ experience providing Med Device services and/or sales required
At least 2-years’ experience in training, education, or a professional certificate in training required
Experience proving training to adult learners utilizing virtual platforms (e.g., MS Teams or Zoom) required
Med Tech sales experience preferred (inside sales or field sales)
Management experience preferred

The potential base pay range for this role is $45-$90 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
