The opportunity

As a strategic partner, the Pharmaceutical HR Business Partner aligns business objectives with employees and management within designated commercial business units. This multifaceted role combines organizational change management with employee support. As a Pharmaceutical HR Business Partner, you’ll be a change agent, a strategic thinker, and a people champion.

How you’ll spend your day

  1. Strategic Leadership:

  2. Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.

  3. Organizational Change Management:

  4. Lead and facilitate organizational changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or process improvements.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption.

  6. Communicate change initiatives to employees at all levels, addressing concerns and providing clarity.

  7. Employee Support:

  8. Consult with line management on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.

  9. Analyze trends and metrics to resolve complex employee relations issues.

  10. Improve work relationships and enhance productivity through effective HR practices.

  11. Provide timely information and education to employees across the organization on HR-related topics.

  12. Strategic Alignment:

  13. Align HR practices with business goals, ensuring that HR initiatives contribute to overall organizational success.

  14. Advocate for employees while balancing business needs and legal compliance.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR management or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of Human Resources generalist experience (may be inclusive of COE experience) in a business facing HR Role with demonstrated increasing responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated success in operating within a complex, matrix global structure.

  • Global and cross-functional experience is preferred.
