We are in search of a Client Services Representative based near Parsippany, New Jersey. This role is centered around maintaining positive client relationships in the financial advisory industry. The chosen candidate will be the initial point of contact for clients, handle various account management tasks, and support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing phone calls, scheduling and confirming meetings, and preparing for client interactions.

• Take charge of maintaining the accuracy of client information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Handle all aspects related to new account paperwork, money movement, and other paperwork tasks as necessary.

• Assist with Annuity and Insurance paperwork and support marketing initiatives.

• Interact with various platforms and workflows such as custodial portals, Orion Reporting, and Emoney to assist in client onboarding, reporting and related service requests.

• Assist with trading activities and maintain familiarity with custodial platforms such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, Goldman Sachs, and LPL.

• Support the management team with various projects during downtime.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Client Services Representative role or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Knowledge and experience with 'About Time' software

• Ability to perform various billing functions

• Exceptional client relations skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proven experience in complaint handling and resolution

• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in challenging situations.
