A full-time Accountant position is available immediately in the company’s office in Parsippany, New Jersey and reporting to the Accounting Manager at Fotile America LLC.Job Duties: Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accountant will have the following specific job responsibilities:(1) Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, financial ratio analyses, and other financial reports, in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, for review by management;(2) Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on accounting data and departmental budgeting and financial performance to advise improvement;(3) Document accounting, budgeting, and recordkeeping systems, including developing, implementing, modifying, and maintaining models to depict and document all financial activities;(4) Draft and Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and consolidated financial statements in compliance with the company’s accounting policies and reporting deadlines for review by management;(5) Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements;(6) Conduct internal auditing procedures to ensure the accuracy of accounting records, and to ensure that all cycles and financial operations comply with applicable standards and regulations;(7) Review and analyze revenues, costs, trends, financial commitments, and obligations to provide advice to management;(8) Prepare forms and manuals for accounting purposes to ensure uniform accounting standards;(9) Serve as a resource for the Company’s accounting procedures and policies by addressing questions as needed.Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PMExperience and Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) plus a minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated professional employment experience in providing accounting or budget analysis services.Required employment experience must include the following:(1) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in preparing financial statements and corporate tax returns, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements;(2) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in developing the financial structure for a company, or departments within a company, by maintaining and reviewing accounting systems and procedures; (3) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in building business models to analyze the finances of proposed projects, and in using such analyses to advise management on budget planning or tax preparation;(4) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in using financial analysis to calculate metrics including break-even point, contribution margin, net profit ratio, ROE, and ROA;(5) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in analyzing costs, funds, and revenue to forecast future financial needs and risks;(6) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining recordkeeping systems to document financial activities and ensure compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Practices; and(7) A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.In order to be considered for this position, please send your resume to shun.ouyang@fotile.com and include the job title and location.
