Join the CBRE – ISPT team as a Property Manager to work in a well-established precinct of properties located Western Sydney. You will be responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of industrial assets owned properties, general maintenance and accuracy of lease/tenant information along with building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The role:

  • Be responsible for all aspects of property management including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues for both commercial and industrial assets

  • Monitor financial transactions relating to the management of the buildings including monthly financial packs

  • Ensure all files of the property/portfolio are maintained including an accurate tenancy schedule

  • Maintain close liaison with the owner, occupiers, and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements

  • Preparation of detailed monthly reports to the owners of properties managed

  • Administration of leases including lease audits to ensure compliance by owners and tenants.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License required.

  • A property related qualification or proven experience in commercial and industrial property management

  • Experience in the management of commercial and industrial assets

  • Strong experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations

  • A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames

  • Strong financial acumen relating to cash flow budgets, incomes and expenditure

  • Strong IT skills as well as intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
