Pay Rate: $ 17.00 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 7 :30am to 4 :00pm

What’s a typical day as a Fulfillment/Mail Clerk? You’ll be:

• Maintaining records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed

• Hand collate 5 items per kit at a build rate of at least 120 kits per hour (folders/enevelopes)

• Performing filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests

• Delivering completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations within the site

• Maintaining daily meter and service logs

• Performing duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials

• Occasionally performing light maintenance and cleaning duties

• Using various equipment such as a shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, stackers, electric stapler, and scales in completion of various jobs contracted

• Performing other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED

• Have the ability to hand collate 5 items per kit at a build rate of at least 120 kits per hour

• Are detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Have the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, with assistance available for lifting over 50 lbs

• Have good reading, writing, and communication skills in English

• Have some computer skills required
