One of our stable clients is in need of an Accounting Manager with proven analytical abilities. In this role, you will oversee all accounts receivable/payable transaction, manage the financial close process, assist with financial reporting & fixed asset reporting, prepare financial statements, manage fixed assets, assist with the annual audit process, and assist with tax activities as needed. We are looking for an Accounting Manager with solid financial analysis skillset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of GAAP standards, and the capacity to multi-task while meeting crucial deadlines.

· Manage, coach and mentor staff

· Review and prepare financial statements

· Bank Reconciliations

· Cash Management

· Account Analysis

· Manage month-end/year-end audits

· Assist with sales & use tax

· Process Improvement Initiatives

· Research cost accounting activities

· Corporate income tax compliance

· Ad hoc reporting

Requirements

The ideal Accounting Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Other requirements for the Accounting Manager role include and are not limited to:

· 5+ years of accounting experience

· MUST have supervisory experience

· Any ERP

· Intermediate/Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables and Vlookups
