Assists the Foundation Director in administrative functions such as fundraising projects, internal and external communications, community relations, special events, donor recognition, supervision of volunteers and other administrative activities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Associate Degree or two years equivalent work experience preferred.

- Assists the Director in coordinating and executing the day-to-day activities associated with fundraising efforts and community events.
- Directly supervises the activities of volunteers with authority to oversee development and training, and conducts performance appraisals.
- Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
- Coordinates and implements office services such as purchasing, records control, projects and budget accounting operations.
- Analyzes unit operating practices such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, creating new systems or revising established procedures.
- Interprets and communicates operating policies.
- Coordinates collection and preparation of financial and operations reports.
- Responsible for researching, updating and maintaining thedepartmentsdonor management system.
- Proactively represents a positive hospital image by clearly communicating the Hospital's mission through building alliances with internal/external audiences.
