We are offering an opportunity for a Staff Accountant to join our team. The role is based in Park City, Utah and offers a hybrid work arrangement. The primary function of the Staff Accountant will be to manage and oversee the full cycle accounting for multiple business entities within the industry.

What you'll be doing:

• Act as a key participant in the periodic financial close process and contribute to management reporting.

• Manage general ledger accounting, including banking, invoicing, payables, and operating transactions.

• Maintain accruals, vouching schedules, and balance sheet roll forwards diligently.

• Complete monthly cash and ledger reconciliations.

• Assist in reconciling various show, event, and tour settlements to the general ledger.

• Provide assistance with external audits and tax return preparation.

• Undertake special projects as and when requested.

• Maintain and process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements • Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accountant role

• Demonstrates proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Exhibits experience in performing Bank Reconciliations

• Shows expertise in managing General Ledger

• Has a strong understanding of Journal Entries

• Displays ability in handling Month End Close procedures

• Has experience with NetSuite software

• Comfortable in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks

• Familiar with SAP accounting software
