Job Summary:

The Internal Services Specialist is responsible for day-to-day dispatch operations for mountain and base areas. Work order progress management and reporting. Purchasing and receiving for base operations departments.

Job Specifications:

  • Housing: May Be Available

  • Outlet: Canyons Village Team Building

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.98 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

  • Skill Level: Advanced

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data input for work order management and progress.

  • Parts purchasing and requests for Building Maintenance Team.

  • Daily dispatch duties for operations.

  • Administrative purchasing and receiving duties.

  • Reporting for Parking & Transportation metrics.

  • Reporting for Mountain and Base Operations KPIs

  • Answer a multitude of telephone and radio calls; determine nature of calls; refer to appropriate department or personnel.

  • Maintain various logs and other records related to assigned duties.

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of supervisory experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Smartsheet, Google Suite.

  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $28.98. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
