What You'll Do
Supervise day to day operations of each assigned store
Continually train and develop staff members
Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
Routinely evaluate staff performance
Maintain a positive work environment
Communicate effectively with supervisor and supervised staff
Manage customer and employee concerns and complaints
Maintain a clean and safe lobby and workspace
Enforce the company's policies and procedures
Comply with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma required
College Degree Preferred
Minimum 2 years management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant or other comparable business required
Cash handling experience preferred
Computer keyboard proficiency required
Must understand and be able to meet the demands of customer service focused retail environment
Must be willing to work in an environment where performance will be measured and judged
Have the ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing always changing environment
Must be a great sales leader with excellent skills in driving store revenue growth
Must have reliable transportation and travel to a variety of locations in order to meet staffing demands
Must be available to work all shifts, days, evenings, nights and weekends including a 24/7 on-call schedule
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Supervisory Responsibilities
The manager will have direct supervisory responsibility for the personnel working at his or her assigned locations. The position is responsible for maintaining superb communications between the assigned locations, Operations Management, and the Support Center
Physical Demands
