We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Agencies to lead our French team of Account Executives (AEs). This role focuses on maximizing revenue by managing and deepening relationships with key media, creative, and influencer agencies, as well as selected partners. The successful candidate will develop strategic initiatives tailored to client challenges, driving both revenue growth and client satisfaction through innovative solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, proven leadership, analytical skills and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

What you'll do:

  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, fostering an environment that encourages initiative, growth, and optimal performance.

  • Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners across media, creative, and influence spheres, ensuring their needs are met and that they are kept up-to-date with Snapchat’s evolving capabilities.

  • Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for engaging media agencies, tailored to address the unique challenges of our clients and drive significant revenue growth.

  • Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate projects that involve complex workflows and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of goals, smooth execution, and alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Innovation Communication: Clearly articulate and update clients and partners on innovations in Snapchat’s product offerings, ensuring they understand and leverage these developments to achieve their marketing goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in managing agency relationships within the advertising or digital media industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully engaging and partnering with C-Level executives

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful agency strategies.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital media and advertising industry trends, particularly in video advertising and social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals

  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • A strong understanding of Snapchat products and innovations in the digital advertising space.

  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
