Description

Based In the EMEA regional office and Integrated within the Retail Design and Development Center (RDDC) you lead the execution of launch and permanent merchandising items to the EMEA marketplace within the constraints and the requirements .

Based on brands’ requirement and marketing objectives, ensure manufacturability of high-quality production standards while working with Indirect Procurement team on vendors’ efficiency and supply chain team for delivery to our warehouses.

Generic responsibilities

• Be fully aware of and appreciate Brand strategies and directions. Participate in Brand meetings to be fully immersed in the brand culture.

• Establish short and long term VM collateral production plans that support the VM calendar. Track historic production quantities to enable the brand to appreciate the evolution in distribution and affiliate growth.

• Manage more loosely the production and logistic processes with the affiliates – partner with the VM managers to support and communicate with markets.

• Provide VM manager with a weekly Production activity report and alert on critical issues (lead time, quality, prices…) and next steps.

  • Communicate and alert on projects’ progresses, with all the Services involved (VM Manager, Indirect Procurement, Shipping Department...)

  • Follow up on all production with the support of the VM manager to ensure that all collateral is correctly delivered and installed in the final locations.

  • Fulfill trackers.

· Motivate and lead collaborative behaviour within the organization.

· Ensure optimization of work tools and processes

· Ensure VM items produced will have the CSR internal certifications.

Focus Purchasing responsibilities

  • Analyse price offerings and work on value analysis with engineering proposals in order to contribute to costs optimization and savings.

  • Manage pricing sheets (cost study and final price) of all items with all engaged expenses in agreement with Indirect Procurement policies and tariff already negotiated (if existing) .

· Pre-selected suppliers within the short-list vendors validated in collaboration with the Indirect Procurement Department, and according to Indirect Procurement policies.

Qualifications

Graduated from a business school, you are familiar and passionate about the Visual Merchandising universe. You love to follow operational projects from to design to production.

You have a strong Excel knowledge and Microsoft Pack office and you are able to work on different software and tools (GMW, Wrike ,SAP , pricing tool)

You are proactive, organized and detail oriented. You can work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and varied personalities.

You are positive, passionate, and engaged.

You have great Communication skills and Summarization capabilities.
